SurpassCapital

Capital pathways for business, acquisition, growth, and real estate.

SurpassCapital reviews financing opportunities through conventional and alternative lender pathways, true line-of-credit options, private capital relationships, and real estate investor networks. Through partner access, structured prequalification, and proprietary review technology, the goal is to package the opportunity clearly, compare viable paths faster, and help pursue stronger available rates, terms, and timelines when the business profile, documentation, collateral, revenue, and risk position support it.

Financing paths

Select the product closest to your need.

Each product has different underwriting expectations. Start with the closest path below; after prequalification review, we send the specific document checklist needed for the product and lender fit.

Documentation guide

SBA / Bank Financing requirements

These are the documents usually requested later if the opportunity appears aligned. You can still attach available files in the prequalification form if that helps accelerate review.

  • Business financials: P&L, balance sheet, current YTD interim financials, and cash flow forecast when available.
  • Past 3 years of business and personal federal tax returns for owners with 20% or greater ownership.
  • Business overview, projections, use of funds, ownership details, entity documents, licenses, leases, and material contracts.
  • Debt schedule, resumes of key management, SBA Form 413 or personal financial statement, and signed credit authorization.
  • Government ID, legal business name, EIN, voided business check, and disclosure of liens, judgments, or existing MCA positions.

Capital prequalification

Start Capital Prequalification

Use this short prequalification for business financing, lines of credit, working capital, SBA or bank financing, MCA or revenue-based capital, private financing, startup or growth capital, and commercial real estate financing.

Once the request is reviewed, we follow up with the documents required for the product, lender path, and fit. Optional files can be attached now if they are already prepared.

  1. Share the business, revenue range, capital need, product interest, and timeline.
  2. We review fit against product requirements, lender appetite, risk profile, and documentation readiness.
  3. If aligned, we send the next document checklist and financing review path.

Prequalification profile

Keep this first step simple. We request the exact documents later if the product path and timing make sense.

This is a prequalification request, not a funding approval or commitment. Financing availability, terms, approvals, rates, and structures are subject to review, eligibility, documentation, lender requirements, credit, revenue, collateral, property, and use of funds.
